Those language definitions are taken from the default PO/MO language files of VikRentCar. You can change them by using any multi-language plugin, and the easiest technique is to create Gettext overrides.
You should be able to find several free plugins for WordPress that allow you to create Gettext translation overrides. The most popular plugins are probably “Gettext override translations” and “Loco Translate”.
Alternatively, you can just use the Overrides Manager tool in the Configuration page of VikRentCar to find the occurrences of those texts to change them, but then handling translations into multiple languages may be harder, as the POT (template) file would no longer match your changes.
