If it is true that the “OHWO Form connector plugin” is not visible in your WP-Admin dashboard with all other installed plugins….
If the “OHWO Form connector plugin” is available in your plugins directory in your file manager* then rename the plugin’s specific directory. Renaming a plugin’s folder will deactivate the plugin.
If the “OHWO Form connector plugin” is not available in your plugins directory in your file manager* then I would suggest contacting OWH support directly. https://ohwo.com/support/

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
When you get the chance, can you please try setting the From email to an email that matches your site URL? For example, if your site’s URL is example.com, try an email like [email protected].
Please also set the From and Send to Email Address settings to different emails.
