How can I get a job as a WP theme or plugin developer?

I have built PHP based WordPress themes from scratch for few clients. Also, I have built plugins for few startup website with third-party REST API integration. I don’t like page builders and it would be nice to work full-time for a company that builds themes and plugins from scratch. Where can I find such companies?
