How can I remove policy guide after uninstalling a plugin?

Hi,

I recently tested a plugin called The Events Calendar, after removing it, I noticed that I still have a policy guide in Settings – Privacy – Policy Guide left by The Event Calendar. It says “You deactivated this plugin on May 22, 2024 and may no longer need this policy.”

I do not wish to see this policy guide tab, but I have no idea how I can remove it. The plugin support responded by saying this is a built-in WordPress feature there is nothing they can do and it can’t be deleted.

There must be a way to do something about it? Is it stored in the database or somewhere else?
