Hello ! On my post I have two paragraph blocks where I have set the style to Green Message.

Example:

I want to style these green message blocks in two ways:

• I want a blue vertical border on the left
• I want the text style / line gap to be more consistent with the theme of the website.

If you look here you will some examples of similar notes (not prepared with WordPress) that have the vertical blue line.
