It has an API that you can automate with Make.com or n8n.io to get the info/ CSV/ SQL/ whatever and translate it – and then put the data back, or somewhere else.
You can probably do that with Uncanny Automator.
If the table of contents plugin doesn’t have the option to input the text you want to use for “show/hide” you can always use Loco Translate to translate your plugins/themes.
