Thank you for contacting support.
Both you mentioned are part of the same category of Medical Business. Unfortunately, we cannot add all the options to the plugin as that would be a never-ending list so we try to optimize it and add the ones that are most widely used.
For people who don’t find their specific business type, they can simply put it to Local Business which is considered a fallback and the Schema markup would still be perfectly compliant.
