I would like to change the width to 100%, but I don’t know how, there are no options in the customiser and also trying CSS with Chat GPT didn´t work out.

Hey u/bobthebuildeeer! I took a really quick peek at your site and ir appears that it was designed as a boxed layout. If you woukd like for me to dig deeper on how you can change I can give it deeper review. But essentially you want to look for a setting called Content Width. However, depending on the theme it was built with, this setting may not be available.
body #page { max-width:100%; }
your page is set to max 1000px change it to 100vw. Same with body.
