How do enlarge Text in my Shipping category

Hi all,

Attached you will find a screenshot. What I am looking to do is increase font size, bold and have an arrow pointing at the shipping options (drop-down as the shipping comes in a drop-down menu).

I am using WordPress and WooCommerce. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
