I have a problem that I can’t solve and I need help with it. I have 2 sites that are language mutations and each site is on a different domain. One domain is .cz and the other is .sk. I am not using any multilingual translation plugin, but the sites are custom created and translated. And my problem is how do I implement hreflang tags on these pages so that they link to each other. Ideally, I need a plugin where I upload a CVS file (or other format) with Slovak and Czech URLs and this plugin will add a hreflang tag to these URLs based on the same lines.
