We sell personalised items that have too many options to reliably enable customers to order exactly what they like.
As a result, we’re trying to implement a system where customers can order the main product – and then we follow-up with them directly to finalise the final design – usually with a little back and forth discussion.
I’m looking for a support/ticket system that will auto create tickets on new orders and enable us to manage customer order communication etc.
Does anyone use or is aware of a similar system or service?
