How do I add two different content blocks in the same template, but make them both say different things?

Started using WordPress really recently and am just figuring it out. I want to have two content blocks in a single template, but I don’t want them to say the exact same thing when I type into one. How do I make it so they don’t automatically copy each others’ content?
