Just a couple of questions I had about this site, maybe someone can help me out.

1. How do I get the horizontal scroll text? Is there a plugin someone can recommend?
2. How would I go about doing the navbar similar to this? In a sense that its hidden at landing then sticky to reveal the full navbar? (Do I need a certain theme or something? I’m using Kadence but happy to take recommendations)
