Hi all, I’ve been hired by a wonderful older couple who have clearly been taken advantage of.
They hired someone to build their site years ago and they refused to give them their WordPress details so they could edit their own site. A year or so ago they hired someone else who successfully got their credentials for them but they were never shared and then she just stopped responding.
How can I retrieve their details? I’ve sent the last person an email but I’m not sure how else to go about it.
Anyone have any ideas?

If you have access to the web hosting account, you can change the WP admin’s password or recovery email directly from the database.
