Hi everyone, 🙂
I created a new role as an editor in WordPress. However, the the User’s page it states 2FA Status Not Allowed.
Can anyone tell me what I should do within WordFence so the person can get the invitation to their editor role?
And will they be getting the password along with their username?
Thank you a lot for help!

I believe that just means they aren’t able to enable 2FA for their account. You can change that in the WF options page. Logging in functions as normal, and they receive the invite as normal.
>2FA Status Not Allowed.
That role is not enabled in WordFence to use 2FA. Change the settings in Wordfence to allow that role to use 2FA.

Check their spam folder.
>And will they be getting the password along with their username?
Create a user with the Editor role using one of your other email addresses and see exactly what the process looks like so can have first-hand experience in accepting the invitation and see what it contains.
You can add any user role to require it in Wordfence’s settings. Else, don’t worry about it.
