I’m trying to make a simple portfolio website with two pages: one for displaying my work, and one for displaying contact information. No matter what theme or settings I choose, I can’t find a way to get rid of this unnecessary subscribe button in the bottom right of my website. Is there any way to remove it?
I’ve seen the forum thread stating that two or more published posts would cause this to pop up, but it is still present with the homepage being the ONLY page OR post on the whole website. My posts tab is empty, and my pages tab only displays my home page. I’m a bit puzzled honestly.

What theme and plugins are you using?
Have you tried switching themes or turning off plugins to find where this popup is coming from?
From what I’ve read, you can’t remove it. It’s a [Wordpress.com](https://Wordpress.com) feature that’s a core part of their platform.
FWIW, it isn’t part of WordPress, so I’d recommend you look into using that instead.
