I’ve heard prices all over the place. I came across this comment.
“If you are charging $75ish an hour then you can do $100 / $150 / $250 or $125 / $175 / $250. I’d guess 70% choose tier 3 and 30% tier 2. It’s the most predictable since they don’t have to worry about hours adding up. When calculating value I usually count “unlimited” as 5.”
Is this pricing structure viable for most freelancers to use?

You should read up on general retainer contracts. In general, retainer contracts should follow your typical hourly rate. How many hours of maintenance would you typically perform each month? Price this accordingly.
I have Website Management plans for $97/$247/$347. The two higher plans include some 30-minute tasks. Hourly rate for one-off work is $150. Hourly rate for clients on the two lower plans is $125 (over the allotted tasks). VIP rate is for clients on the highest plan, $95/hour.
No website is built for less than $4,000.
