How much do you guys charge for a simple bespoke theme with Home, Services, About, Contact and Blog?

I will do the entire design and the code, but im unsure about how much should I charge for this. I know it depends on the user’s budget, but I would like to read reasonable prices and ideas.
Typically if it’s just a small site, the client won’t want to pay for a bespoke theme. They’d rather just grab something ‘off the shelf’ – no point spending thousands more for custom.
