How should I create functionality for my logged in users to fill out a form and then be able to update it whenever they want?

For all the form builders I’ve tried, results are only viewable by admins in a submissions area. I want my logged in users to also see what they’ve submitted and be able to change it it online preferably in the same form pre-populated with their current data.

Does anyone have any advice on how to best achieve this please?
