How to add a table from excel data

Alright fam, I’m working on a hobby website and it’s my first undertaking with WordPress. I’m struggling to get a simple table imported where I can hyperlink all the contents to future posts. Is anyone able to give some basic pointers or direct me to a good learning tool? The information I am trying to add will be on a page and not just a post. It has five columns and 146 rows. I would prefer that visitors would be able to sort and filter. Thank you for any help and I’m sorry if I broke any rules. My first time here.
