How to add Carousel in WordPress on top and bottom of page for recommended recipes?

I have seen on few recipe websites that they add carousel with pictures of recipes related to the current one. what’s the best way to do this? any recommendations?

I use Gutenberg blocks. Is there a block or plugin?
