Hi, we are selecting dancers who need to insert in their application a link to a video of a performance. Unfortunately some of them are sending the wrong video and then they contact us through email to send the link again. This is a legal procedure and we cannot change their data nor we can delete their application. The only solution we have imagined is for them to send the application again, so we will consider the last sent as the right one. BUT! WP Jobs allows only one application per candidate.
Is it possible to let them send the application twice?
We thought it would be enough to change the email address, but even if we change the email and the name of the candidate (adding to the name “This application substitutes the previous one”), the error message will come and it is impossible to upload a new application. This is quite urgent. Please help!
