How to allow users to post

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask how would you guys go about allowing users to upload posts with photos, add data like location, and allowing users to message each other? I've built the website with the OceanWP theme and already built out how users will register and login.

Edit: Maybe a plug-in like woocommerce?
