We are a Company Secretary firm, and sometimes clients just want to switch to us from another firm. Part of that involves us getting their info and writing a letter of termination to the current firm.
How would you set it up so that we direct users to a page where they fill in details and entries populate a pre-made termination letter template, so that we can proofread it and send it on their behalf faster?
The only information that needs to be filled in is text, no images.
