Pretty bare bones, but essentially want to create a Zip that I can upload that includes my go-to plugins
The theme itself would be Hello and main plugin would be Elementor (and Pro) but I have a couple others I like including
Essentially looking for a way that I could save time so I'm not manually doing each step.

Create a site with everything you want in your “blueprint” and back it up (with Updraft, for example). Then when you want to roll it out, simply restore it.
LocalWP has this feature built in, called Blueprints.
I have been using that approach for a long time – by using “[blueprint website template](https://new.reddit.com/r/WordPress_org/comments/147gt1q/must_have_wordpress_plugins_and_themes/)” with all needed plugins installed, theme and for all apps we do initial setup on one of our subdomains. So, when needed for building a new site – we just clone/duplicate that our template to our dev subdomain – it speeds up our sites building very much.
