How to change the background color of the SVG?

Can anyone help me figure out how to change the color of the SVG background using css when hover over the container?

I’m using elementor for editing. I have managed to change the color of the svg icon, heading and text when hover over the container using custom css but I can’t figure out how to change the color of the SVG view.
