How to change the image on top of the website?

Hey, I’m making my first wordpress website and this image is driving me nuts, does anyone know how to change it? And while we’re at it, is there an easy way to make the menus drop down vertically instead of spreading horizontally and then vertically then they run out of space? Thanks.
