Chat Room can be create in WP Admin -> Better Messages -> Chat Rooms
That is different from private messages.

I go to WP Admin -> Better Messages -> Chat Rooms
make chat.
As a result I see in template this
resolved:
You need to put chat room shortcode to other page. Not the same page which selected as Messages Location in better messages settings.
Try to create new page for chat room.
