How to create express checkout as plugin screenshot

If you are wanting express checkout to show on your checkout page then you would need to enable that option from the PayPal Settings page within the PayPal plugin.

The option is called “PayPal Payment Sections”. Here is a screenshot showing where you enable the option for express checkout:
