I received a lot of spam form submissions. I tried Honeypot and some other solutions. They did not work. Then I purchased Cleantalk. That solved the issue but I realized after some weeks that Cleantalk was filtering the real form submissions too. So I just deactivated it.
Do you guys have any recommendations for dealing with these spam form submissions?
Also, is there a way to block a specific IP address from accessing the website? (Worst case, I am going to block a few IPs as %50 spams come from 2-3 IP addresses)

This sounds like a marketing problem, not a spam problem.
OOPSpam is better when it comes to balancing between blocking spam and allowing legitimate submissions.
In the plugin setting, keep the Sensitivity level to Moderate.

Use akistmet to prevent spam submission. It’s work like a charm
What form plugin are you using?
Depends on form plugin. I have zero issues with WS Forms + Turnstile or ReCaptcha
Are you based in the UK by any chance?
Google captcha works pretty well.
I use Gravity Forms and CloudFlare Turnstile, which removes most of it.
