How to disable Skip to main content?

Most themes I’ve seen have “Skip to main content” on top.

Since I’m building a landing page, I don’t need this!

Can anyone suggest how to turn this off?

Perhaps there are some plugins?

Or can you recommend themes that don’t have this?
