I have a website via [one.com]) and for some reason I can’t update my plugins, getting the error message Update failed: -1. Any suggestions how this could be solved.
That doesn’t give much information. Could it be that the plugins haven’t been updated by the makers? If you can’t find that information, best thing to do is to contact them. I built and maintained two websites hosted by them for years. They don’t give support as such, but will help solve a problem if you contact their chat.
Maybe running out of diskspace? Or PHP memory limit to low?
