How to force emoji SVGs to be served from the server and not the WordPress CDN?

Hi all,

I noticed that emoji are being served via \` [https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/](https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/svg/26bd.svg) \`, is there a decent way to get these served from the local server itself and not a third-party server?
