How to force emoji SVGs to be served from the server and not the WordPress CDN?

Hi all,
I noticed that emoji are being served via \` [https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/]) \`, is there a decent way to get these served from the local server itself and not a third-party server?
Possibly remove them first using this: [https://help.rickler.net/how-to-remove-wordpress-4-2-emoji-code](https://help.rickler.net/how-to-remove-wordpress-4-2-emoji-code) and then enqueue them locally?
