Every time I try to force https by either editing the htaccess file or using plugins or anything none of it works does anyone have a solution, I just want my site to stop showing not secure when searched without the https

I rerouted my http domain to my secure https through my domain provider. Now if you try to access the http site it automatically comes up as https
