Could you please make sure you are running the latest version of the plugin? ie v 3.4.4?
The issues noticed are already resolved in version 3.4.4. Please make sure to update the plugin to the latest version and make sure to clear server-side cache enabled ie Object Cache etc and then check whether it works fine once you click the “Refresh Data” button as seen in the following screenshot:

The plugin was already updated.
I think the issue was caused by something related to cache.
