How to import and create listings by state?

I have the WP Import All plugin as well as Advanced Custom Fields (Not pro). I have imported a list of campgrounds, but I want to create a page for each state (/campgrounds/ky/) that contains only those campgrounds in Kentucky. I have added the state as a custom field within the WP All Import under Custom Fields. Just not sure what needs to happen next. Thanks for any help!
