Our plugin does not support importing user profile images. If you want to import reviews and images attached to reviews, please follow this solution How to Import and Export WooCommerce Reviews
You can also set the ‘Customer Avatars’ option to ‘Initials’ (Reviews > Settings, ‘Review Extensions’ tab) to display automatic avatars based on initials of your customers’ names.
