this is not the first time we see TranslatePress support requests and we have before already looked at the docs you shared and have been in contact with them to implement it, but unfortunately at the moment TranslatePress works differently from Loco Translate or WPML plugins.
Other plugins are able to translate content in email messages that are sent automatically using WP Cron or Action Scheduler, but TranslatePress have notified us that they will look into this in one of their future versions.
Until they have updated the mechanism on their side, you will not be able to send automated reminder messages in customer language if using TranslatePress.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I’ll reach out to them now to really insist that they need to make their solution more compatible with other plugins because at this stage I can’t lauch my foreign language site because of this 🙁
