I have paid 37 USD to get all Total-Soft products as I was particularly interested in upgrading to TS Poll Pro.  However, I have only received a payment confirmation email.  I have not received any email containing the plugins or instructions on how to get them.  I also need to know how to upgrade the TS Poll plugin to TS Poll Pro.  Please advise.
