thanks for the plugin, it works great!
the only problem I have is I can’t remove shipping address Section. I just receive billing address from my customers, in fact in our country billing and shipping address are the same. the billing address in enough for my online shop.
it would be nice if you tell me how can I disable or remove this section from all of my emails.
