How to separate blog posts into two sections of the same page?

Hi all,

Is there anyway to have blog posts separated into two sections of the same page?

My posts are separated into two categories: A and B. I can separate those two categories onto their own pages, but if possible, I'd like to have one page where the top permanently displays posts from category A in grid view, and when you scroll down, you see posts from category B in grid view. Is there such an option?
