How to set urls with parameters to noindex

CusRev creates a lot of URLs with parameters like this:

domain.com/product/?ivrating=5

These urls have correct canonical links. So, it doesn’t really harm in terms of SEO. However, since these URLs are crawled it can use too much crawl budget. I configured the robots.txt so that search engines should not crawl these pages, but Google does explicitly not recommend this and states: “Do not use robots.txt as a blocking mechanism.”

Does CusRev provide an option to set these pages to noindex?
