First, I have to mention that, by default, WooCommerce does not allow partial payments. So, I wonder if you are using an extension to add this feature, are you?
If so, does this add a suborder for each payment? I ask this, because our plugins only create 1 PDF document per order, that is, 1 PDF invoice, 1 packing slips, etc.
On the other hand, if that plugin does not add the amount paid and balance in the totals’ area, we can help you to do it, writing a code snippet for you, as part of the premium support, if you have a valid license for Professional or Premium Templates.
