This should be the same as other plugins, go to the plugins menu and find the WP Staging plugin. You will get a “Deactivate” link under the plugin, first click on that. It will deactivate the WP Staging plugin. Now you can get the “Delete” link there. If you would like to delete the plugin from your site completely, you can do it by this delete link.
But first of all, if you mention with which plugin it create conflict, I am sure the team will fix that conflict ASAP.

Please let me know more details about the issue you have and the name of the other plugin that you think there is a conflict between it and WP STAGING plugin, and what makes you think there is such a conflict.
