Hi I can’t seem to upgrade my plan to anything besides business or above. As I understand that’s because I downgraded from Business and so I have a plug-in enabled website which isn’t “compatible” with personal or premium plans. I’ve removed all plugins, themes, everything. Nothing works.
I don’t even have support to contact because my only options are either their AI chatbot or asking in the forums (which also seems to be disabled for me after posting once).
I tried deleting my site, and my account, neither work. I get this error message -> “We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site” except it’s been showing that all day now.
