Not an expert so excuse the weird question. I use the Salient theme and WordPress 6.1.1 if this info helps.
I was browsing our site today and noticed all 25 posts/blog articles had a form attached to them. I looked in the settings on the post and found a section called “Append Ninja Form.” It had one of our employment application forms checked. Every single post had it selected. I had to go through all the posts and check on “none.” This was never like this and the posts were not created with the form attached.
This is really vague, but does anyone have any insight as to how this could have happened?

By default the Append Ninja Forms dropdown is “None”. Could someone else have changed the posts? I doubt it did it itself.
