We’re a small family owned business. A marketing company made this site of us, and admittedly I’ve never liked it. We’ve since left them and it’s been hanging on for a while. I’ve outsourced our hosting and other maintenance issues to someone I connected with on upwork. Right now, I don’t have a budget to build out a new site. But, if this site could be improved for less than a new site, I’d invest n that. So, as the title says, is this something I can have updated to look and perform better?
As far as the domain – we’re a licensee of the America’s Mattress company. The website they have is pretty mediocre- [https://www.americasmattress.com/]). When we used it, we struggled to even crack the first page of Google. They did not allow us to use a different name for the website URL. I hope that can change in the future.
We created our own to have a better shot at improving SEO, advertising, etc. Our competitors in the area have some pretty nice sites.
