I have the $4 personal plan just for now while I’m still in my companies infancy. Are there any tips or tricks to really maximize it’s (limited) capabilities?

I've started my journey of doing my own thing and the website was the first priority for me. I've spent around 20 hours now since Thursday and really feel like I have a good idea of the concept and flow of the software.

Im trying my best to keep costs very very low right now so this business idea really has room to flourish. I think I've made a pretty decent site but feels like it could use just a couple last touches. What are some tips, tricks, "hacks" (not the bad kind) to really get the most out of the "personal" website? Thank you!

  1. It’s not possible to customise a WordPress.com site unless you’re on the Business plan or higher. Don’t use WordPress.com hosting – you can get cheap hosting elsewhere using the full version of WordPress that lets you install whatever themes and plugins you want.
