I've set up a comprehensive quote form for my cleaning services using fluent forms pro.
I want to turn that info into a quote the quickest way possible, hopefully automatically then I just need to enter a price then email or text it off to my customer where they can then maybe hit a button or link to accept or reject the quote.
I would then like to turn that into an invoice with a payment button/link that I can email the customer after the job is done.
And while on the topic. I created a nice html template for my confirmation emails for my quote forms. I have to put the html in the notifications area on fluent forms and it works great in most email platforms I've checked.
How do I make all my emails look nice? Is it even possible if I send most of my replies from my Gmail account on my android?
Someone sends a customer support email as an example. It automatically sends then confirmation of their contact wrapped up in a nice template. .
But then I reply to their query from my phone and its ugly.
Tldr: whats the easiest way to convert fluent form into into a quote and an invoice that can both be emailed to the customer.
And how do i make all my emails look nice. …
And can both these things be done from my phone as I'm barely around a laptop and the quicker I get quotes out the better.
