Hi @devsc2768

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry the original support thread has been closed. We did not close the thread, and the WordPress team closed the thread.

We made test using the latest version of WordPress v6.0.3, and Popup Maker v1.16.12. But we did not replicate the issue.

Here’s the result:

We did not see the shortcodes like the images you sent when we checked your site. Could you share a test link page?

It would also be super helpful if you can send us the server error log, PHP logs, page errors, or dev tools console logs. You can send it through our support website for security.

1. Go to https://wppopupmaker.com/support/#submit-a-support-ticket
2. Click Other Support
3. Fill in the form
4. Click SUBMIT

Here’s a screen capture for your reference: https://share.wppopupmaker.com/geudGzB4

On the other hand, we noticed your WordPress, and WPBakery Page Builder are outdated. Could you please update those to the latest version so that we can eliminate version conflict? Please test it using a dev or staging site.

WordPress v6.0.3; and
WPBakery Page Builder v6.9.0

Changelog reference:

WordPress 6.0.3 Security Release

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you!

I tested on our staging server and it was related to a conflict with lazy loading and the Siteground Optimizer. Once lazy loading was switched off it removed the double images.

Hi @devsc2768,

Thanks for the follow-up!

We’re glad you were able to find the cause of the issue.

I’ll be closing this thread now. 🙂

Feel free to create a new thread if you have other questions.

Thanks!
